1st Generation Toyota Tacoma (1995 – 2004)

The first-generation trucks have three engine options that produce between 142 and 190 horsepower. In 1998, the Tacoma received some revisions courtesy of Toyota Racing Development, which is well known for its work on the MKIV Supra sports car.Focused on the theme of a “Badass Adventure Machine,” Calty Design Research led the design efforts for the all-new 2024 Toyota Tacoma.

This digital fantasy comes from Jon Sibal, the very artist who designed the extreme aero of the Tacoma, albeit based on a concept from another pixel creator we often feature, namely Yasid Oozeear.

Of course, one has to wonder if there’s more to this widebody, six-wheeled monster. Or is it a 6×6, with all wheels providing traction for days? Sure, such a setup would add weight, but the 900 horsepower of that TRD NASCAR V8 could always be sent to a single rear axle, so the machine can pull those crowd-drawing slip angles.
