Nissan Chill Out

The first new study model is called Chill-Out and in addition to being the most concrete, it is also the most conventional of the four. Nissan describes the Chill-Out as its Next Generation Crossover EV. The car is on the CMF-EV platform that the Ariya, yet to appear on the Dutch market, uses. The SUV with a steeply sloping roofline has a recognizable Nissan front, although its concrete interpretation is completely new. Like the EQ models from Mercedes-Benz, the Chill-Out has a nose with a black mask in which the lighting is more or less hidden. We also see such a black panel at the back of the show car in which the lighting is incorporated. The interior of the electric SUV gives a taste of the insides of a fully autonomous car, complete with footstool for the front passengers and a huge infotainment screen.

Nissan Max Out

With the Max-Out, Nissan shows an electric model as you rarely encounter. The Max-Out is in fact an electric convertible, an apparently especially comfortable model. The car has a banana-like silhouette, an idiosyncratic front screen and lighting in the same style as on the Chill-Out.

Nissan Hang Out

The Hang-Out is a preview of a new electric model that seems to be somewhere between an MPV and an SUV. A real crossover. The practical-looking vision of the future has two sliding doors opening in opposite directions on each side and is described by Nissan as ‘a mobile space’.

Nissan Surf Out

The fourth and last of the bunch is the Suf-Out, a preview of a multifunctional electric pickup where you can put a glass hood over the cargo area in no time. The Surf-Out looks like a preview of a compact, lifestyle-style pickup and seems to function as the ultimate leisure machine.
